DELIGHT Platform Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and Scope

1. These DELIGHT Platform Terms of Service govern access to and use of the DELIGHT Platform and related products, applications, websites, software, artificial intelligence services, APIs, and other services provided by DELIGHT Global Inc.
2. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between DELIGHT and the person or entity accessing or using the Services.
3. By creating an account, executing an Order Form, accessing the Services, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts and Authorized Users

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of account credentials and activities conducted through their accounts.

3. Use of the Services

Customers may use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, these Terms, and applicable Order Forms.

4. Customer Data

Customers retain their rights in Customer Data. DELIGHT processes Customer Data only as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services and as otherwise permitted by law and applicable agreements.

5. AI Services

DELIGHT may provide AI-powered features including AI Agents, generated responses, summaries, classifications, recommendations, and automated actions.

Customers remain responsible for determining whether AI outputs and automated actions are appropriate for their intended use.

6. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or depend on third-party telecommunications, cloud infrastructure, AI, payment, analytics, messaging, or other services.

7. Fees and Billing

Paid Services are billed according to applicable pricing, usage, subscriptions, quotations, Order Forms, or other agreed commercial terms.

8. Suspension and Termination

DELIGHT may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, comply with law, address security risks, prevent abuse, or respond to material violations of these Terms.

9. Service Changes

DELIGHT may modify, improve, replace, or discontinue features as part of normal product development and operations.

10. Changes to These Terms

DELIGHT may update these Terms from time to time.

顧客データに関する権利はお客様に留保されます。 DELIGHTは、本サービスの提供、維持、安全性確保および改善に 必要な範囲等で顧客データを処理します。

5. AIサービス

DELIGHTは、AIエージェント、生成回答、要約、分類、 推奨、自動処理等のAI機能を提供する場合があります。

AI出力や自動処理が目的に適しているかについては、 お客様が最終的な判断を行うものとします。

6. 外部サービス

本サービスは、通信、クラウドインフラ、AI、決済、 分析、メッセージングその他の外部サービスと連携し、 または依存する場合があります。

7. 料金および請求

有料サービスは、料金表、利用量、サブスクリプション、 見積書、注文書その他合意された条件に基づいて請求されます。

8. 利用停止および終了

DELIGHTは、本サービスの保護、法令遵守、 セキュリティリスクへの対応、不正利用防止等に必要な場合、 本サービスへのアクセスを停止または終了することがあります。

9. サービスの変更

DELIGHTは、通常の製品開発・運用の一環として、 本サービスの機能を変更、改善、置換または終了する場合があります。

10. 規約の変更

DELIGHTは、本規約を随時変更する場合があります。

Pricing	Prices are displayed on the applicable service page, quotation, checkout page, subscription plan, or Order Form.
Additional Costs	Internet access, telecommunications charges, and other costs required to use the Services.
Payment	Payment timing and available methods are displayed during purchase or specified in the applicable agreement.
Service Availability	Services are generally available after account activation, purchase, or completion of required setup.
Cancellation / Refunds	Conditions depend on the applicable Service, subscription, quotation, or Order Form.

特定商取引法に基づく表記

販売価格	各サービスページ、見積書、購入画面、 サブスクリプションプランまたは注文書等に表示します。
商品代金以外に必要な費用	インターネット接続料金、通信料金その他 本サービス利用に必要な費用。
支払時期・方法	購入時の表示または個別契約等に定める内容に従います。
サービス提供時期	原則として、アカウントの有効化、購入または必要な設定完了後。
キャンセル・返金	対象サービス、サブスクリプション、 見積書または注文書等の条件に従います。
