As an international marathon event organizer, we faced several challenges:
1️⃣ Japanese event registration sites wouldnft list our event without a phone number.
2️⃣ Runners often called early in the morning or late at night to ask if the event was still scheduled due to bad weather forecasts.
With limited time and our producers & directors handling critical final preparations, answering these calls was nearly impossible.
